Vintage 2021 was a perfect vintage for ripening Chardonnay, with cool nights and warm days resulting in peach, and grapefruit aromas. Fermented and aged with 100% new French oak and left on yeast lees for one year has created a textured Chardonnay with crisp acidity complemented by green apples and almond biscotti characters and great length.
