Fat and creamy, and loaded with flavour and texture, our very first cask strength expression is ready for release.
Created from our signature mash bill, 65% malted barley, 30% unmalted barley and 5% oats, and triple distilled in our copper pot still, this whisky was first aged in ex-Port and ex-Bourbon casks, and later married in an ex-Bourbon Heaven Hill American Oak quarter cask. We’ve bottled it straight from the cask, in its natural state, at 63.1% ABV.
